It kind of reminds me of a female version of 1989's Tetsuo Iron Man, which is basically Franz Kafka's "Metamorphosis" on crystal meth based in post-nuclear Tokyo with a three-foot prehensile metallic penis (that last part would correspond to ye olde Drill Bra).
